Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

As musky season draws to a close, playoff fantasy football season kicks into high gear. Here's a look at the NMA FFL quarter-finals. While musky fishing is supposed to be fun, fantasy football is a grueling, fourteen week, cutthroat battle and complete and utter waste of time. Here's a look at the NMA FFL quarter-finals.
Jim Kinner's fifth seed King Salmon faces off with the four seed Lapa Dancers owned by Chad Lapa. Go figure. In the other quarter-final, Carrie's three seed AdorAuroraDingDongs plays Tony Scime's Dead Dogs Talk. Danny Lacko and Mike Fretthold, who finished first and second respectfully, have bye weeks.
Since our Labrador Aurora is Carrie's team's inspiration and logo, and the fact that my Niagara River Skunks, despite scoring the most points in the league, missed the playoffs, I have only two words to type: GO DINGDONGS!!!

You got screwed by Yahoo scheduling Scott.
In the first semifinal game Danny Lacko's first place Steelballz faces off with King Salmon himself, Jim Kinner. In the second semi, Carrie's AdorAuroraDingDongs, led by head coach Aurora Borealis McKeane, squares off with Mike Fretthold's Banana on the Boat. Mike, just so you know, Aurora hates bananas.... and most fruits. If you changed your team's name to Meat Snacks on the Boat I'm sure she'd root for you.
The Salmon are hoping for another trip to the big game!
You know our King Salmon motto." Every fall we run, every fall we die " It looks like that will be the case, with half the starting lineup injured. Maybe I should change the name?
First and foremost I want thank our commissioner Scott for keeping this league going and providing us local niche anglers the opportunity to compete in fantasy football. As for my guys... Where else would I start. I want to thank Tyreek Hill for the incredible season. If only everything else in life were as reliable as #10. I want to thank A.J. Brown, Justin Fields, and Jake Ferguson for big contributions in big moments this year. Thank you Duron Bland and Micah Parsons for always giving my D the edge. Honorable mention to guys like Zeke and Brandin Cooks. I look up and down our roster and I don't see a guy that hasn't made me proud this season. All year we preached "Championship Caliber". We knew there would be bumps in the road but if we just put ourselves in a position to have an opportunity - our high standards would manifest champagne showers. How SWEET it is!
I know this is about fantasy football but I want to wish everyone a Happy Baseball Solstice.
