I hope they are more visible in person than they are in the photos. It would suck if boats just mow them down.

Those are just markers so that the construction crew knows where to drop the boulders & rock. Attached is the latest copy that I found of the work to be done. If it was just those flags & poles the boaters would pull them out the first weekend (or before)

Jojo...no I don't but in 2019 I remember reading that the original schedule was for it to be completed by Sept 2021. Because of Covid I don't know if it's been rescheduled or if it's still on schedule
