Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

I noticed that the water temperature is up to 77 degrees according to the near shore marine forecast. We really should not be fishing for muskies when the temps get this high. Post-release mortality increases significantly at these high temps, especially for the larger fish.

If you do chose to fish for muskies please do not take the fish out of the water.

I'll fish for bass until the temps come back down to 75. I looks like a cooling period will start by Tuesday of this week, so it shouldn't be too long.

Get off my bass, Scime! Go walleye fishing!

Bass: The Bluegill of the adult world

My boat read 75.6 yesterday when we starting fishing and a solid 76 at 1130Am when we quit.

Time to get some work done around the house for a few weeks.
