WHAT A SURPRISE!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
I was overwhelmed at being inducted into the NMA Hall of Fame & wish to thank everyone in our club for giving me the opportunity to do what I've always wanted to do. It was a complete surprise.
I read once that when a person gives a speech, he really gives three speeches.
First one is what he thinks he's going to say
Second one is what he really says
The third is on the drive home thinking what he really wanted to say & didn't
By far, that third speech is the best of all three
It's time to hit the keyboard again and write that 3rd speech for our next newsletter!
