Please don't get me wrong. I don't want to beat up on this guy.  I heard he's getting beat up enough, but this is more of an FYI for our membership. I'd hate to see anyone of us get ticketed for this.

There was an addition to the NYS Fishing Regs effective April 1st.  The changes are in red.  With the health of the fishery getting better, the chances of catching something (like a sturgeon) out of season get better every year:
