Coincidentally, I was just sending an email to the guy who maintains the Lunge Log. Chad Lapa #1, Zach Baker #3 and Bob Solley #5. They were also, in reverse order, Aug., Sept. and Oct. lunker of the month. Chad is on fire! Last year he tied with 2 or 3 others for the longest fish, 57" (his PB until this year), and he won the free replica mount, drawn from a hat as the tiebreaker. Now he might get another replica mount if the 58" holds up. The deadline for all submissions is Jan. 10th. Currently, 7 of the top 25 are by Chapter 69 members, all from the SLR. 15 of the top 25 are from the SLR.

The Larry has been giving up quite a few trophies lately. But there is a concern about the future of the fishery. The trap netting and seining results have been very poor the last few years.
