Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Larry...thanks for the offer but we got most of the driveway cleared. The way things are going, the ban might be here awhile. I have to agree with Miller. Should have tried to keep up with it. It's so high that the snow on the bottom is compressed almost to ice & the blower can't get traction. We had to shovel snow into the blower to make any progress.
Larry...yeah, that sure sounds like it would work. When we can finally drive, I'll have to pick up a set of chains, but I'm not holding my breath.
Also, when it first snowed, I noticed there was a lot of slush forming on the ground. probably because the gnd was warm. I wonder if that's the frozen slush that we're seieng & maybe not so much from it being compacted. the ground never had a chance to freeze.
Larry - Don't fill your truck with wood...find a way to fill it with gas! You would have the weight you need and could have a nice winter side-business for all of us that cannot find a gas station with gas!!!
well then, Larry, you'll need a bigger truck with all the snow down here, but there are people worse off than we are. At least the whole neighborhood is OK. Hopefully, everyone else will be safe.
I'm also looking forward to increased stream flows to draw some more steelies in. There's a silver lining somewhere in there!
I took some drifts off my roof this morning with my smelt dipping net. Good thing I put an extension on it last spring so I could dip at the sanddocks. Didn't get any smelt at the docks but the long handle sure is handy now!
