Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Currently the National Weather Service has only a Gale watch starting Sunday afternoon.  As such, I think the TWMT could still be held at this point.

The cancellation of a tournament is not dependent on gale warnings only.  A small craft advisory would suspend or postpone the tournament as well.

Lake ontario salmon tournies run into the same delemma all the time. It doesnt matter if the lake is glass, if the small craft advisory is in effect the tournament cant continue or take place due to liability issues. It sucks sometimes but safety first i guess. If i can safely launch ill be out sunday.

I did not see a small craft advisory for Sunday, did you?

Small craft advisory is usually issued 12 hours from when winds are supposed to start. Dont quote me on that, but lots of years fishing lake ontario and it just about always hold true. Ill be out there in the am, id expect a small craft advisory to be in effect at some point before noon. Maybe keep cell phone numbers handy so the tourny can be called when its issued??
