What the Blue Jays are accomplishing is nothing short of incredible. Have you ever heard the saying, "that's why they play the game" or "they don't play the game on paper"? Those colloquialisms personify this Jays team. On paper, the Dodgers win this series way more often than not. There are four legitimate hall of famers on the Dodgers roster. Maybe five.  That's not common. The Jays are winning with a contact approach at the plate (which benefits baseball in general), some excellent pitching that borders on supernatural in the case of Trey Yesavage's game five. The Dodgers are not hitting other than the limited bursts of Shohei Ohtani mashing everything. Vlad Jr. is proving to the world what baseball junkies have known for years. Vlady f'n rakes. I watched every pitch of the 18 inning masterpiece game 3. I am shocked the Jays could bounce back from that seemingly devastating loss by winning two in LA. I am shocked the Jays are going home for game six and possibly seven at all. I had the Dodgers sweeping or winning in five. But that's why the play game... GO JAYS!!!
