Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Trolled the harbour Tuesday & Wednesday (today), bottom line......... no fish.

Water surface temp on my sonar in the south gap was 40.1 degF on Tuesday and 41.5 degF today, water clarity one foot yesterday and 3 feet today, water colour is a greyish white.

Saw more bait on the sonar Tuesday than today, but Tuesday was nothing to write home about either, today pretty sparse pickings on the sonar, not the sonar screen that stops working because of the density of baitfish we are so used to seeing this time of year in the south gap.

The coke channel had no signs of anything .... zilch.

Never made it all the way to the north gap with the NW winds blowing right down the chute of the harbour today, made any kind of trolling a chore.

Dave, Worked on wife and daughters cars the last two days, sounds like I did not miss much.I will get out for long days Friday & Saturday in the Harbor.

See ya out there Friday Capt Larry.

It felt good to be the only boat trolling the harbour today, that good feeling didn't last long lol.

Dave, The north gap will even have colder surface water temps then the south gap now that we have snow on the ground and drain off from Buffalo Creek. We need the lake to lay down enough to get out to 25 to 30ft structure coming up out in 40 ft plus water to get warmer water.Time for Legend Plows trolled at 2.0 mph and under.

Like the 2.0 mph and under tip Capt Larry.

John Miller and I are going to give the Harbour hades tomorrow (Friday), hopefully the Northeast winds forecast for just under 10mph allow us to get out on the big water.
