Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

It was a real face bitter out there today with the +12degF starting temp and another day of hard mostly westerly winds courtesy of our friends in Ontario haha.
Water Temp on sonar ~35.4 degF, water clarity is just plain bad, brown... less than 1 inch on the ontario side and maybe 3" Grey/White with a touch of brown thrown in on the american side, more brown than yesterday so it's about ready to be mud on both sides.
Sucked it up and trolled the usual big fish lairs, peggies, smugglers, pipeline etc.
Nothing, even the USCG took the day off, knew that was a bad omen.

Dave you are one hardcore, tough fisherman. Good for you for giving it a shot today.
You sure get to do a lot of fishing John, the darling wife must have one heck of a job hahaha.
Dragging the big Brett Baits, Frankie Baits, Toothies & Hosers around never gets discouraging, a labor of love I guess, gook luck in TX and post some pic's, thanks for the well wishes.
Thanks Jay.... Ain't a hunter/fisherman out there tougher than you. Real compliment coming from you.
Capt Larry... I think I've met that guy, anchors in front of Freezer Queen alot .
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Dave, you are the hardest of the hardcore. Click here and go to page 8 to read more about Dave end-of-season m...
Do yourself a favor and ask Santa for a full windshield and a few hundred hand warmers! Way to finish strong, and know your hard work will pay off. The musky gods don't always pay their tabs on time, but sooner or later they clear their accounts payable.
Have you ever thought of retiring to Georgian Bay? You could really beat the hell out yourself up there.
Must be in the mohawk genes iggy but I can deal with the cold weather, snow&wind, it's that +36degF cold rain that I despise. Like the old saying, "more hrs in the musky god bank", hoping to make a withdrawal at some point. Hardcore gets thrown around alot these days, I only fish with a few guys, Josh Ketry, John Miller, Jim Reynolds, Jay Nannen, all as hardcore as you can get, Josh Kane who I've been fishing with recently is also a chip off the old block in that respect. Plan to give Georgian Bay a shot soon, been trying to get together with friend Johnny Dadson for a couple years now but something always gets in the way.
Couple days left everyone, get out there and catch a lifetime memory.
