Making Baits?

anyone out there putting some baits together over the winter?

I'm behind on finishing what I want for my box this year, taking my time, enjoying the wood working part

bought my self a new saw this winter, my table top  did it's job over the last ten years and of course one little broken part put it to rest

working on some super sized suicks, built 4 last year as an experiment, danced better than I could had dreamed, definitely what I'll be throwing on all my fall trips on tophy waters.

I imagine Jim is up to a ton of great stuff, would love to see some of his pictures, never seen a better scale patterns than he does.

anyone have any new assault weapons on the go out there?

In the musky world there are creators and consumers.  I am definitely a consumer.  If had one of those saw things in Brett’s last picture, I wouldn’t have enough fingers left to musky fish.  Noodlers with unbelievably bad luck would have more digits than I would boast.  With that in mind, please take my money you skilled and wonderful creators of musky toys.  Bring your creations to meetings and take all of my money please!

Beautiful craftsmanship on those big suicks.

I don't think Jim (Mr Toothy) currently has a working computer so he probably won't be posting any pic's of his baits.

I spoken to him on the phone a couple times over the winter and it sounds like he is very busy making baits.
