Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

I jumped on board Tony's boat last night.  We trolled from 8:30 to around 11.  We hit the Triangle, the Shipyards and Staley's.  The moss was nonexistent (almost) and so were the fish.  Zippo for us, which was a bit disappointing with the storm coming in.  That's musky fishing for you.  We were good boys and ran home when we saw lightning.  Out for bass with Bruce this afterlunch.

I almost hit the water last night, but last minute changed my mind to save the gasoline for Thursday night to Friday am troll from the Triangle to Navy Island , around the corner past Grassy Island and back up toward the South Grand Island Bridge. Wiley crankbaits night covering lots of unexplored water to find new pockets of muskies, hopefully!
I heard that there was congestion on the 190 and 290 so I launched at sbh around 530 and ran down to the river. I started a long drift in front of Frenchman then moved down to the large docks just past beaver island marina. The weeds there are very well established. No action thus far. I then ran up towards the international drift where thanks to Scott kitchen and his friend I was a able to finally get one to the boat right around 9pm. Scott and his partner were nice enough to motor over and watch me christen my Beckmann and get a quick release. I can't say enough about this club thus far. Everyone has been more than helpful. The other thing I am more than thrilled about is the Beckmann. It made landing a fish solo 5' from the boat as easy as it can be solo ha. It was also extremely nice to have the fish free and easy to work around in such a large flat bottomed net, it easily holds it's shape due to the flat bottom which I think is key. I easily popped the hook and look forward to many more fish in that net. It will make landing fish when I have two people in the boat an absolute breeze. Thanks again guys. I went on to fish about 45" longer and got into a huge 30" walleye which is a first for me on the fly.
