Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Carl...it reminds me of the song by the Byrds:
To everything, turn, turn, turn.
There is a season, turn, turn, turn.
It's time to turn into winter now.
Might have been better off keeping the boat ready and planning on soft water perch fishing.
I remember one year the boats were fishing open water in Irondequoit Bay until February. There was no ice or sometimes just thin ice over the channel going out to the main drop. So sometimes they had to break up a little ice from the launch to the channel.
They are still fishing for bass and pike in Little Sodas Bay with 44 degree water.
