Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

If someone was to ask me what is musky fishing like this is what I would tell them.  You spend 30 to 40 hours trolling in the Buffalo harbor over an opening day and a few of the last days of one season while catching no fish and then the next year on opening day you get a 41 and a 43 within the first three and half hours of the season.

You go out the first night of the season for a couple hours in the river and nothing.  You go out the next night (with your daughter and have quality discussion time) for four hours and nothing.  You go out the next morning with your wife (today from 9AM to 12PM) and bang a 43" and a 45" within ten minutes of each other.

Musky fishing rules!!!!

Turn off the TV and get a fishing rod in your hands!

Do you know what rules more than musky fishing?....taking your wife musky fishing with you!!  If I were you, I wouldn't step on that boat of yours without her!  You're liable to catch one right at the dock.

When I'm on a cold streak musky fishing is like pounding my head on the wall of an M&M factory for hours and days on end in order to get at the candies inside. It seems like whenever I'm on its because someone threw me the keys out of pity and disgust.

Sounds like a banner start to the season Scott....when are we fishing together?!!!!

(Okay, I am surprised nobody else left this comment yet...)

No need to bang your head on the wall...just call Cullen.  He has the Candies!

I wish I had thought of that, Joe. I must be slipping.
