The water clarity in the lower is apparently "maybe 2ft". Under these conditions, one fish could very easily take all the marbles and by marbles I mean money. Do kids still play with marbles?

Any more fish? Thing are a bit slow here at JHMT HQ. With our satellite imagery, we are currently tracking Jerry Miller eating a chocolate donut and Dave Martin snapping on a Mr. Toothy Universe. Hold on a second.... I can confirm that Jerry has just reached for a second chocolate donut! Things are starting to heat up! Back to you on the water, John...

With only four hours and forty-five minutes left in the JHMT, the tournament anglers will have some important decisions to make soon. Beyond the obvious questions concerning depth, technique, colors, location, etc,. what is decided in this next hour could make or break their tournament day... What are we having, and when are we eating lunch?

Our satellite imagery is showing John Miller... Yes, that is John Miller eating what appears to be a large, and very large by the looks of it, deli sandwich. I'll zoom in a bit....... (That was me zooming) consisting of.... I can't quite make out the condiments, but John IS eating a pastrami and Swiss sandwich on marbled rye! This is big news as he appears unwilling to share his sandwich with his partner, Dave Martin! A shocking development here! Dave has just run John's Plow into 3 feet of water and it is SNAGGED! This just in, Jerry Miller is grabbing for a third and fourth chocolate donut! Wait a minute.. Jerry is offering his partner one of the donuts and Sean... accepts! Harmony on one of the Miller boats and distrust and confusions on the other. We pause now for station identification...

What a sight! John Miller has just freed his snagged Plow with at least a third of his deli sandwich hanging from his mouth! What skill! John is reaching into his cooler and... He pulls out two four-packs of pudding snacks! John sits down and is motioning one of the four packs towards Dave! Dave shakes his head once... Twice... A third time until he finally gives in and takes the pudding snacks! It appears Team Martin/Miller has put the sandwich/ Plow fiasco behind them! Team Martin/Miller has smoothed over the wounds with pudding! Yes, pudding! What a touching scene to be sure! Oh, no! John only has one spoon! This could spell doom for Martin/Miller! Will they share spoons? Will this critical packing error delve the two back into chaos? Wait a second... Dave has found an old NK spoon buried in a storage compartment AND HE IS EATING HIS PUDDING WITH IT!!! What a moment in JHMT history!!! We pause now to take Aurora to Lab Club...

Thank you for that update, John. It seems that despite the intensity of this tournament the spirit of camaraderie is still strong with our competitors.

The mood here at Lab Club is intense to say the least, with 30 or so Labrador Retrievers in all colors and sizes glued to the massive 80-foot screen showing live footage of the JHMT. The Miller sandwich incident really excited the crowd with many of the dogs sitting and begging in hopes of receiving a bit of the sandwich. While normally a playful bunch, the Labs are eagerly awaiting another fish. The yellows appear to be rooting for the Lacko's, with the black labs pulling for John Pensyl and Riley Himmrich. Of course, the chocolate labs are boisterously rooting for Jerry Miller and Sean Leary. More details as they become available...
