Bass Fishing, 10.1

Bruce and I fished around Grand Island today from 7am to 1:00pm. When I say "around Grand Island", I don't mean near it. We took a tour around the big isle and for our efforts we only caught around 10 bass. Bruce did have a small (low-thirties) musky destroy his Super Spook near Black Creek. The fish bent one of the hooks straight for a long line release. It was really cool seeing the fish bury the top water bait. The wind turned ugly around 11am and we couldn't maintain bottom with our drop shots unless we let out a ton of line. That said, we donated a big handful of pencil weights to Davey Jones.
