Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Fished today with my new friend Jerry Miller. We had a very fun day with some hilarious conversation, but sadly no fish. Closest we came was a tube Jerry noticed a couple slashes on from a bite he never felt. Dave Martin told me every year at some point he has a feeling that he will never catch a musky again. I'm there. 17 hours in this year without one landed. Hopefully it will even out as the season progresses. JoJo how does that musky call go?

While you're laughing it up with your new buddy, the Motor Island Screaming Aquatic Apes aren't accumulating any points Jay! Less fun, more fish. Or the other way around... I confused myself. More fish equals more fun. That's it. Keep at it. Your hours per fish tend to even out with other anglers by the time December rolls around.
I sure hope so Scott. Had 5 in the boat at this point last season but can't get it going so far this year. I guess I'll have to quit casting/jigging and learn how to troll.
Look at the bright side Jay, at least it hasn't been 17 hrs of horizontal snow propelled by 30+ mph NW winds that only November early December fishing can bring. lol
Way too soon for that deep dark feeling of never catching another musky to creep in, It usually hits me somewhere around the 170 hr mark. hahaha
The journey to the prize is better than the prize in musky fishing, when the streak snaps it will feel that much better.
Good Day
ALA BALA BALA, ALA BALA BALA, ALA BALA BALA
Three times is the charm.
If I am really desperate, and have "gone eighty four days now without taking a fish" I do 3 circles to the right around the boat before I launch.
ALA BALA BALA
