Fishing Report - 9/8

I let Carrie decide our Saturday night.  Her choices were going out to dinner (I was feeling Italian) or going fishing (I was feeling east side).  She chose fishing.

We started out in UN4 at 10PM.  We had a very nice headlamp lit dinner after dropping back a Believer and Depthraider.  We didn’t get a chance to finish our appetizers before we had to clean weeds.  Moving on to the main course and UN3, the all-you-can-catch salad bar that is the east side was open for business and business was booming.

We ran up to UN2 and gave the fly-by zone and the Triangle a whirl.  The weeds were a little better there, but we couldn’t get more than five minutes before they were loaded with cut weeds.  We stayed out until just after moon rise and called it quits at 12:30.

At least the boat is bilged and dinner is a lot cheaper on the river.  I’m teetering between fishing and football for tomorrow.  If it’s windy, I’ll fish.  If it’s nice, hello couch and football.

Good luck everyone and if you’re wagering legally on the games, I love the Packers over the Niners.

Hope you didn't waste your time on the Bulls (BIlls full of bull). Cleaning weeds of your line is much more enjoyable than watching another debacle. Although, you would see more dinks if you watched the game.
