Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

From Capt. Larry's site:
Today is the Chautauqua Tourney, I will give a catch report tonight. As of 6:45 am the rain stopped, lake is calm.Update, there have been some nice fish caught as of noon,5 more hours before I can mention who caught what.
1st Place James Dennison 47" $250
2nd Place Mark W Anderson 42"(9:45am)$150
3rd Place Joe Dolan 42"(9:58)$125
4th Place Terri Linamen 41"(10:02)$75
5th Place Bryan Farmer 41"(11:15)$50
5 other smaller muskies were caught.
10 muskies were caught out of 25 fishermen on the water,5 fishermen paid but did not fish.
Notice the bite window was from 9:37 am to10:02 am for 4 of the wining fish, last one was 1 HR 10 minutes later, almost all the smaller Muskies hit in the same time window.
Low turnout but good average per fishermen on a lousy cold front windy day!
Congratulations Mark and Joe!

Congratulations to Mark Anderson and Joe Dolan for 2nd and 3rd. Both 42", only 13 min. apart. The question I have is, were they in the same boat?
Congrats guys, nice fish. Hot hour for sure.
Chautauqua is so moody
Hey Everyone,
No, Mark and I were not on the same boat. That really was a small window of opportunity for a rough day. I noticed a little wind change and the sun trying to peak out of the clouds right around the same time.
I did not get a chance to talk (and to congratulate) Mark after the tournament, so I am not sure where/how he caught his. I was casting just north of lighthouse point in a weedy flat area (just before the boyscout cabin). It hit on a lunge lumber 9" perch prowler.
Thanks for the congratulations! Thanks goes out to Captain Larry Jones for another well-run tournament. I really enjoy participating in these every year.
