Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

That fish will certainly be in the top ten. Knowing Louis and his love and enthusiasm about muskies, that catch is the highlight of this season. The airshow was billed as Thunder on the Niagara but as far as I am concerned, Louis stole the thunder with his magnificent catch.

I remember my first musky. Fishing at Chautauqua with Joe Forma (later a Supreme Court Judge) near the boy scout camp. Never fished for muskies before.  I was casting a Pfleuger Mustang Minnow that bounced off a sailboat moored off shore. Got a musky on my FIRST CAST. a brief fight, got splashed and then the lure got caught in the net at the rim of the beckman and off swam my first musky. No big deal, I said, let's get another one. Then my partner gave me the facts of life. You don't get a musky on every cast. That was in 1970 or so. So true. Muskies are particular. By the way, I was so impressed with the Mustang Minnow, I bought a dozen of 'em. Still have 6 or 7, in the box! (They work better in the water!)
