Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Event Description

Once again we are running the Old Homes Days Kids Fishing Derby.  The event takes place on Saturday, July 12 at Island Park (behind the Town Hall on Main St.) in the Village of Williamsville from 9AM to noon.

The derby is for children up to the age of 16 and is open to the public.

We need volunteers to help remove hooks, tie knots, sort tangles, measure fish, record fish and answer silly questions posed by really nervous parents.

The derby is always a good time and the kids love it.  If you plan on attending, please contact John Jarosz or I, or reply to this event.

Wear something with NMA on it and bring a pair of needle nosed pliers or hemostats.

Thanks.

Scott...thanks for posting the event.  My schedule got completely rearranged with the family business.

I'll be there early (8:30 or so).  Carl Schenk & the Fortunate brothers also volunteered at last week's meeting to be there.  A few more volunteers & we'll have a good showing.  Thanks again!
