Have we, as a club, decided that fry stocking in Buffalo Harbor is the direction we're going to go or are we looking at the reason & feasibility of this project?
I'm not clear if the decision was made

Wouldn't it be determined by monitoring to determine efficacy and then decide whether to continue based on study results? Also comparing to Dr, John Farrell's St Lawrence fry stocking results may provide some insight which may also be useful for other sites. It sure would be nice if enough data could be gathered from this and other efforts to be able to do effective fisheries modelling using AI.
