Images

Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Thank you, Jay!

Jon and I cast and jigged this morning. Moss seemed very heavy when we first got out, but seemed to dissipate a bit as the morning went on.

Cast some shallows and had one larger musky swim by, but not interested in our offerings.

Also saw a large fish rocket out of the water a few hundred yards in front of Strawberry. Belly was facing me, so wasn't sure if it was a musky or strugeon. Never seen that before on the River. Fish cleared a few feet straight up. Very large fish whatever it was (long and torpedoe shaped).

Also a large musky exploded next to the boat.

So we saw a few.

Also, caught nothing again!

But a beautiful morning for musky fishing.

Could your torpedoing entity have been an aquatic ape?  They're all over the islands.

Buddy just lost a monster casting a perch toothy on 14ft edge drifting int bridge to strawberry. Hit way out and went airborne twice throwing the hook on 2nd jump, biggest fish I've seen yet. Got a lil guy on same lure at 1130 this am out in front of beaver. 13fow. He's losing his mind right now.

Maybe it was a Flying Fish???  I hear they taste good, if you can catch one??? jojo out
