Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all.  Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Wind is ripping now, perfect wind to make sheridan launch hell.

Wow! We marked lots of bait fish around the triangle on Thursday night. Most was flat on bottom as we're the fish, barometer was steady at 30:08 then.

I will wait till Sunday night to get out again in the Harbor, did mark bait fish on the mud line of the Buffalo River, wall ends and drop at departure buoy's.

When we were catching and moving all those mid 40s fish last night there were big pods of bait all over. Like clouds of emeralds and some even marked like they might have been shad. None of that to be found today.

I meant to type last week, not last night. Our harbor bites were coming in the bait too. Seemed like bait pods in harbor were most prevalent at first light both days. Bites all came in first couple hours of daylight.

Is the water temp still 57 degrees or did the wind pushed surface water raise the temp? If so the Bait Fish may have gone back out into deeper cooler water of Lake Erie.

Went up to 58+ by time we quit

You would think 1 degree warm up would not make the Bait Fish move. But again I have seen things change drastically from just slightly stained water to gin clear water, night darkness to daylight and wind direction changes, all making for a dead sea with in hours!

That's exactly how the north gap was both days we fished it. Loaded at first light and a dead sea by 930am.
