Final NMA Catch and Release Submissions ... maybe?

I've updated the NMA Catch and Release Submissions. This should be the final update.

Attached is an excel file with tabs listing the catch by submission date, date of catch, length, angler name, and the Top Ten (unofficial).

I've also attached a PDF of the unofficial Top Ten.

Lots of info. There were 70 more submissions than last year. That's a good trend. Let me know if you have any questions, additions, or corrections.
