John, at the vice don't forget that a little big fly fiber goes a long way, but a lot of big fly fiber will be like casting a wet sock filled with quarters.

Scott...thanks. that's good vise advice your advising. It might be time to give it a haircut. The stuff is long enough that if I thinned it out, I could tie another fly with the trimmings. What I really need to do is go out on the water & start flinging a few of these. That's what I really need to do.
That's what we all need to do. Get out on the water & work out the rust in our bones. It's been way, way too long this winter.
