Well Scott was my good luck charm. Went for an evening shift with Dr Don and his nephew at 3pm. Casted all over to no avail, and ran into Scott and Carrie in front of Strawberry. Saying out loud to Scott that nothing was showing shallow- confirmed I needed to try to jig for the close of the day.
first drift down I popped this 47.5, absolutely inhaled the tube but was an easy out and a nice release.

Wow! Nice fish! I wish you were as good luck for us as we were for you. Scott got one decent bass and one dog knocked the other into the river at the dock so we fished out an 80 lb. Labrador retriever tonight!
