September 11 report

I tubed, trolled and cast the east and west today. Nothing.

For the record, I was wearing an old, sweat-stained, biege NMA caped hat, an old t-shirt, and old black Canadian Lacrosse sweatshirt, a black Crestliner hooded jacket (until it got too warm), an old pair of oil-stained jean-shorts (and I was thinking it's time for long pants), old briefs, old Buffalo Bills socks (probably from the early 90s), and blue velcro sneakers. I smoked two Backwoods cigars and drank a 1/2 gallon of very old water (how old is water? a few billion years in one form or another?).

You may want to try something different. Maybe something newer.

I checked the website but I think I got Land's End by mistake. What's with all this wardrobe reporting????

I fished the harbor today.  Got a very plump but short (under 35") fish to eat a trolled perchbait.  Oddly enough I decided to decrease my odds and only troll with one rod - but I held it in my hand Tony-style.  It worked rather swiftly.

There's not much more to say when you're not catching fish. Other than you're not catching fish.
