Refund
I made a phone call to the Ontario MNR to question whether the money spent on the non resident annual fishing license would be refunded. The woman I spoke to asked me a couple questions, checked my information, and told me the total amount will be credited back to my credit card. The 3 yr fishing outdoor card dates are preprinted and no refund is being offered for that. It should take 4-6 weeks.

The number that I called was 1-800-387-7011. Only took a couple minutes.
