The DEC cancelled their plan to implant the last two transmitters during the Wittek. This DOES NOT affect any plans for the Wittek. If you catch a musky in the Harbor no need to call for the DEC boat but you might still want to call Scott with the measurement, if it's a winner.

There is supposed to be a small craft advisory for the lake tomorrow so it could make transferring a musky from a boater's net to the surgical ship dicey, if not dangerous, so they'll have to wait for the spring.

I was at the Harbor this morning. H2O looked a nice stained green color but was all whitecaps. Wind was a steady 15+ knots & waves were coming over the wall. It might be churned up by tomorrow. Viz was 1-1/2' to 2'
