Keep in mind that I am always looking for images for our newsletter; fish, sunsets, sunrises, other anglers fishing, equipment, anything fishing related. I can use them all. Large, unedited images are best. Thanks.

Went to Chautauqua with my son a couple of days ago to get the kinks out, do some EZ fishing & catch a mess of perch, sunnies & bluegills. Got about 70 perch, mostly in the 9"-10" range & several small ones.
Cleaning a small 7-1/2 incher, I saw this in the stomach when I did the fillet:
Well, that was interesting since it was such a small fish, so I cut the stomach to check it out & discovered this:
After all that, it still took the jig. A 3-1/2" prey inside the 7-1/2" predator. It should have left the jig alone.
So, then I cut open the small 3-1/2" perch hoping to see another smaller perch inside that. Wouldn't that be even neater? What I was really looking for was a Matryoshka doll (Russian nesting doll), but my luck ran out at that point. No such luck. Oh, well. maybe in the next perch. Those Russian nesting dolls are full of themselves anyway
