August 7 evening report
Went out for a few hours last night, 7:30 to 10:30. First hour I drifted a tube. Had one on for a few seconds but lost it. Slash marks weren't too impressive, so I don't think it was overly big. Trolled for the next two hours in UN2 and 13. Nothing happening. Weeds were pretty thick and may be a problem for trollers.

We have to get a break from the floating weeds soon! I have the grandson's graduation picnic today, I will get out Saturday night and Sunday night after the NMA picnic.I will start at UN 13 and work my way down toward UN 10.Tony,Any marks in the 25 ft of UN 13?

Yes. I was marking fish in most places. Just couldn't get anything to hit.
Of course, maybe they were just long weeds. I caught a lot of them.
